Pete, twice a music graduate of Lancaster University, is in constant demand as a keyboard player, musical director, engineer, producer, arranger, and composer.

His 15 year career has seen him tour with singers such as Jack Jones, Gary Wilmot, Rick Astley (including 20 sold out nights at the MEN Arena), Jonny Wilkes (who performs with Pete’s “Well Swung Big Band”), Tony Christie, Matt Monro Jnr., Jaki Graham, The Pasadena Roof Orchestra, as well as two lengthy spells as Musical Director for Joe Longthorne (which included record breaking summer seasons, tours, DVD’s, TV, radio and album production). As well as this, Pete has guest performed with the Halle Orchestra and the Ulster Orchestra, and a number of touring musicals, including Chicago, The Sound Of Music, The Rat Pack, Live From Las Vegas, The King And I and Joseph (Assistant Musical Director).

Pete has worked with an array of 80’s artists on the “Here & Now” tours, including Boy George, Jason Donovan, Carol Decker, Paul Young, Belinda Carlisle and Midge Ure) as well as some showbiz stalwarts such as The Chuckle Brothers, The Krankies, Sooty and Russ Abbott.

Pete currently runs his own studio, which produced countless albums during it’s 10 year commercial existence in Bolton, and is still producing opera, pop and jazz albums today from it’s Manchester base.

As well as this, Pete has composed and performed for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, currently writes and arranges for Guildhall Productions in Preston and has recently become Lecturer in Music Theatre at the University of Central Lancashire.
